About Us
Ecoshine Commercial Cleaning Services is a growing commercial cleaning company servicing schools, offices, and commercial facilities across Victoria. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Tender Writer to assist with preparing high-quality tender submissions for government, council, education, and private sector cleaning contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and write professional tender submissions and proposals
Respond to RFQs, RFTs, and EOIs through platforms including TenderLink and Buying for Victoria
Develop capability statements and supporting documents
Coordinate with management to gather operational and pricing information
Ensure submissions are compliant, accurate, and submitted on time
Maintain tender templates and submission records
Requirements
Previous experience in tender writing or bid coordination
Strong written English and attention to detail
Experience with government or commercial tenders preferred
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Knowledge of commercial cleaning industry is an advantage
Familiarity with TenderLink, VendorPanel, or similar portals preferred
