We have two roles in the Ground Assets team, and one role in the Zone Assets team available.
Key Responsibilities Of The Role
- Lead the safe and efficient delivery of construction and maintenance works across multiple sites.
- Coordinate field crews, contractors, resources and project activities to achieve quality, time and budget outcomes.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance and quality standards across all worksites.
- Provide leadership, coaching and support to field teams to drive performance and capability.
- Build effective relationships with customers, contractors, developers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems Distribution Overhead, Certificate III in Electrotechnology, Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems Cable Jointing, Craft Certificate or equivalent
- An unrestricted ACT Electrical License or the ability to obtain one.
- Previous successful work in field on construction and/or maintenance of network infrastructure.
- You take active steps to ensure the safety of your colleagues and our community, championing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.
We own, maintain and operate the electricity distribution network in the ACT and the gas network in the ACT and parts of NSW. We supply safe, reliable and cost-effective electricity to over 200,000 residential and business electricity customers, and over 140,000 gas customers.
