We're excited to offer an opportunity for a Team Leader, Rostering and Scheduling to join our growing team on a full-time basis. In this role, you'll lead and support our rostering and scheduling officers to ensure efficient workforce management, fair and transparent scheduling, and smooth day-to-day operations. - Lead the rostering and scheduling team to deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant rosters
- Ensure all scheduling aligns with legislative requirements, Enterprise Agreements, and organisational policies.
- Promote fair, transparent scheduling practices that support employee engagement and satisfaction
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and staff concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor performance and drive improvements using data, feedback, and operational trends
- Prepare and present regular reports on key scheduling metrics such as coverage and overtime
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maintain high performance and best-practice rostering
- Contribute to strategic workforce planning and collaborate across departments to support organisational goals
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated experience leading rostering, scheduling, or workforce management teams
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements, including Enterprise Agreements and relevant legislation
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and supporting a positive employee experience
