Our Newcastle Windows & Doors branch specialises in the sales, fabrication, and installation of aluminium windows and doors for residential and commercial projects. We are currently looking for Assemblers to join our skilled and energetic team. About G. James G. James Glass and Aluminium is a leading Australian family-owned company, employing over 1,800 people nationwide. We are known for quality, stability, and a strong commitment to developing our people. The Role Full training is provided for tasks including the assembly and fabrication of aluminium windows, doors, and screens. Experience in commercial fabrication, aluminium assembly, glazing, glass handling, or operating saws and power tools will be highly regarded. About You

• Experience in aluminium fabrication is an advantage
• Physically fit with proven manual handling experience
• Reliable, punctual, and holds a current driver’s licence with own transport
• Eager to learn new skills and follow instructions
• Able to read and interpret detailed production documents
• Strong communicator with a focus on working safely, accurately, and efficiently
