About the Role

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of education projects from commencement through to handover.

Working closely with the Construction Manager, site teams, consultants and clients, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role will suit someone who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships and takes pride in delivering complex projects successfully.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years' Project Management experience within a head contractor environment.
• Proven experience delivering education projects, ideally within the Victorian market.
• Strong understanding of Australian construction methodologies, contracts and local building regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from procurement through to completion and defects.
• Excellent commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and contract administration.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage internal teams, subcontractors and consultants.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
