Tender Writer

About The Role This is a full-time, permanent position. We are looking for someone based in the Illawarra, South-West Sydney, Murrumbidgee or ACT region, however we will consider applicants based from any of our locations. The Tender Writer is responsible for developing high-quality, persuasive tender submissions and funding proposals that support the strategic growth of GPH. The role contributes to the full tender lifecycle - from identifying opportunities, to preparing, writing, coordinating and submitting compliant proposals - ensuring alignment with GPH’s mission and evidence-based mental health service models. Duties

• Identify tender opportunities
• Coordinate and submit compliant proposals
• Ensure alignment with GPH’s mission and evidence-based mental health service models
• Manage multiple concurrent tender processes
• Assist with handover and start-up of successful tenders

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in health, communications, business, or a related field or equivalent experience
• A track record of writing successful tenders or funding proposals, ideally in the mental health or health sector
• Strong project coordination skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease
• Exceptional writing skills and a strong eye for detail
