About The Role This is a full-time, permanent position. We are looking for someone based in the Illawarra, South-West Sydney, Murrumbidgee or ACT region, however we will consider applicants based from any of our locations. The Tender Writer is responsible for developing high-quality, persuasive tender submissions and funding proposals that support the strategic growth of GPH. The role contributes to the full tender lifecycle - from identifying opportunities, to preparing, writing, coordinating and submitting compliant proposals - ensuring alignment with GPH’s mission and evidence-based mental health service models. Duties
- Identify tender opportunities
- Coordinate and submit compliant proposals
- Ensure alignment with GPH’s mission and evidence-based mental health service models
- Manage multiple concurrent tender processes
- Assist with handover and start-up of successful tenders
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in health, communications, business, or a related field or equivalent experience
- A track record of writing successful tenders or funding proposals, ideally in the mental health or health sector
- Strong project coordination skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease
- Exceptional writing skills and a strong eye for detail
