Job Description We are seeking a professional and organised Corporate Crew member to join our dynamic team in Civc. As a vital part of our corporate support staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office environment and assisting various departments with administrative tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to multiple departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising travel arrangements
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff members or meeting rooms
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is in working order
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events and meetings
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company databases
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Previous experience in a corporate environment (preferred)
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanour and positive attitude
- Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
