The Opportunity
This is a broad and dynamic role for a senior marketer who’s equally comfortable setting strategy and getting hands-on in the day-to-day. You’ll lead marketing direction across digital, brand, content, campaign and franchise engagement, all while working in a fast-paced, purpose-led business that values innovation and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies aligned to commercial goals, with a strong digital focus.
- Brand & Campaigns: Lead brand consistency and creative across all platforms; drive effective multi-channel campaigns grounded in data and ROI.
- Digital Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social, influencer engagement, content and AI tools.
- Team & Budget Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing internal marketing team; oversee agency relationships and manage national marketing spend.
- Franchise Network Engagement: Design and implement a national marketing fund model, ensuring franchisee buy-in and effective rollout.
- Market Insight & Partnerships: Drive market research, uncover trends, and nurture brand partnerships and influencer relationships.
- Performance & Reporting: Create content strategies that drive conversion and implement performance KPIs to track and report impact to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in senior marketing roles, ideally with exposure to franchising, health/wellness, or retail environments.
- A proven track record in leading digital marketing initiatives and managing high-performing teams and/or agency partners.
- Commercial mindset with a flair for data-driven strategy and campaign optimisation.
- Strong experience working across marketing fund governance and supporting franchisee success.
- Comfortable navigating emerging technologies, from AI tools to marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
