Head of Fundraising As Head of Fundraising, you will lead a high-performing and highly-skilled team to deliver multi-million-dollar outcomes across events, corporate and community partnerships, workplace giving, social enterprise, and volunteer engagement. This is a strategic yet hands-on role that touches every part of the fundraising ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the organisational wide fundraising strategy covering events, community fundraising, corporate partnerships, and diverse and commercial income streams.
- Strengthen volunteer engagement, donor stewardship, and recognition programs.
Performance Metrics Your success will be demonstrated through:
- Building a strong, diversified fundraising pipeline and year-on-year growth.
- Well-attended, profitable events and long-term corporate partnerships.
- Diversified income streams through commercial and social enterprise activities.
- A high performing and engaged team delivering meaningful experiences for donors.
About You:
- Senior leadership experience in fundraising, preferably in health or NFP sectors.
- Proven success across multiple fundraising channels and large-scale events (further experience in Bequests and Major Donations an advantage).
- Commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and people leadership skills.
Head of Impact The Head of Impact is the Foundation’s champion of donor experience and storytelling. You will unify communications, marketing, campaigns, stewardship, data analytics, CRM, and grant reporting into a clear, compelling narrative that demonstrates the real impact of donations and funds raised for Barwon Health. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead donor experience strategy and impact reporting to strengthen trust and engagement.
- Oversee campaigns, communications, media, marketing, and digital channels.
- Guide grant program outcomes and reporting, ensuring transparency and insight-driven decisions.
Peformance Metrics Your success will be demonstrated when:
- Donors feel valued, inspired, and connected to the impact of their giving.
- You and your team deliver clear, compelling communication of how community contribution transforms care.
- Integrated, data-informed campaigns are delivered which perform and resonate with all stakeholders of Barwon Health.
About You You bring:
- Senior leadership experience in communications, marketing, donor experience, or related fields.
- Exceptional storytelling skills and ability to translate complex insights into engaging narratives.
- End-to-end high-performing campaign experience.
- Proven ability to design outstanding donor experiences and lead cross-functional teams.
