With offices in major regional hubs and additional strategic locations, it services a wide range of industries including Automotive, Retail, Gas, Agriculture, Marine, Earthmoving, Quarrying, and Mining. It works closely with clients across multiple applications, ensuring reliable delivery and support for complex operational environments.

Your new role

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting major corporate accounts by ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely coordination of customer orders and operational needs.

You will act as a critical link between clients, the logistics team, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that customer requirements are met in line with contracts and service expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing customer purchase orders from key clients to ensure compliance with contract agreements (not processing sales orders).
  • Account Management
  • Contacting clients to confirm upcoming requirements for meter bulk deliveries.
  • Communicating any purchase order variations or updates with key customers.
  • Updating internal documents related to customer purchase orders and site dip information.
  • Liaising with the logistics team regarding bulk and weekly meter bulk deliveries.
  • Providing proactive outbound communication to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Looking for new business opportunities with existing customers

  • Experience in industrial B2B environments
  • Technical aptitude to understand lubrication products and their applications (desirable, not mandatory)

Execution & Delivery

  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Solid organizational skills and a commitment to follow‑through.
  • Experience in a call center environment is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

Essential:

  1. Experience managing large industrial or resource‑sector customers.
  2. Working with technical products in a B2B setting.
  3. Strong communication, proposal writing, and commercial awareness.

Desirable:

  1. Experience in lubricants or related industries.
  2. Understanding of procurement processes in mining, earthmoving, or heavy industry.
  3. Experience with ERP/CRM systems and sales or order‑forecasting tools.
