Your new role
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting major corporate accounts by ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely coordination of customer orders and operational needs.
You will act as a critical link between clients, the logistics team, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that customer requirements are met in line with contracts and service expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing customer purchase orders from key clients to ensure compliance with contract agreements (not processing sales orders).
- Account Management
- Contacting clients to confirm upcoming requirements for meter bulk deliveries.
- Communicating any purchase order variations or updates with key customers.
- Updating internal documents related to customer purchase orders and site dip information.
- Liaising with the logistics team regarding bulk and weekly meter bulk deliveries.
- Providing proactive outbound communication to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Looking for new business opportunities with existing customers

- Solid organizational skills and a commitment to follow‑through.
- Experience in a call center environment is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
Essential:
- Experience managing large industrial or resource‑sector customers.
- Working with technical products in a B2B setting.
- Strong communication, proposal writing, and commercial awareness.
Desirable:
- Experience in lubricants or related industries.
- Understanding of procurement processes in mining, earthmoving, or heavy industry.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems and sales or order‑forecasting tools.
