Your new role As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing, communications, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Reporting to the CEO and Operations Manager, you'll manage a small team and oversee all aspects of marketing, advertising, events, sponsorships, and brand management. You'll also play a key role in budget oversight, internal and external communications, and representing the organisation at industry events and forums. What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• A Bachelor or Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering marketing and media outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets and leading teams.
• A collaborative mindset and sound professional judgment.
• A current NT C-Class Driving Licence, Ochre Card, and National Police Check.
