An experienced blue collar recruiter is required for four weeks within the logistics sector.
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to manage the full end‑to‑end recruitment process for a fast‑paced 4‑week temporary role within the logistics sector. You will oversee the entire hiring lifecycle, including job briefing, talent sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, compliance and right‑to‑work checks, and smooth onboarding.
Key Competencies & Capabilities:
- Proven end‑to‑end recruitment expertise across high‑volume roles and talent acquisition for managerial-based roles
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence, advise, and build trusted relationships
- High‑quality candidate sourcing skills using multiple attraction channels
- Efficient screening and assessment capability with sound judgement and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills, working effectively within tight timeframes and competing priorities
- Confident communicator with clear, professional verbal and written communication
- Strong compliance and process discipline, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to standards
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced logistics environments, adapting quickly to shifting demands
