_Now Hiring – Experienced Candidates Only_1. Capsule & Gummy Machine Operators

We are seeking experienced machine operators who have practical, hands-on knowledge of both capsule-filling and gummy depositing systems, with a strong understanding of regulated manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating automated capsule-filling machines (semi or fully automatic)
• Operating gummy depositing systems using pectin and gelatin-based formulations
• Conducting batching, weigh-ups, and syrup/gel preparation
• Performing in-process quality checks (e.g., pH, Brix, temperature, weight)
• Troubleshooting common machine and product faults
• Executing clean-downs, product changeovers, and maintaining batch documentation

Minimum Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience operating both capsule and gummy machinery in nutraceutical, food, or pharmaceutical production
• Strong working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and hygiene compliance
• Ability to follow detailed batch sheets and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately

2. Forklift Operators / Warehouse Support

We are also seeking qualified forklift operators to support inventory management, staging, and materials handling in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operating forklifts to transport materials, packaging, and finished goods (LF licence required)
• Loading and unloading deliveries in accordance with GMP guidelines
• Assisting with goods-in QA inspections and inventory reconciliation
• Accurate staging and labelling of raw materials and ingredients
• General warehouse duties including cleanliness and stock control

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years’ experience in warehousing or materials handling within a food, pharmaceutical, or FMCG setting
• Valid LF forklift licence
• Experience using batch tracking systems or warehouse software is preferred

3. Facility Cleaners (GMP-Grade)

We require experienced facility cleaners to ensure the production environment remains compliant with strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep cleaning of production rooms, machinery, and clean zones
• Conducting sanitation procedures during line clearance and product changeovers
• Maintaining detailed cleaning records as per GMP standards
• Supporting hygiene, allergen control, and cross-contamination protocols

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior experience in facility cleaning within a GMP or HACCP-regulated industry (e.g., food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics)
• Strong understanding of hygiene standards, allergen risks, and sanitation practices
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and complete documentation with precision
