Structural Engineer - Solar

Our client is a leading renewable energy business delivering utility-scale solar projects across Australia. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to support the design, validation and delivery of major solar infrastructure projects.
This role will focus on the assessment and validation of solar mounting systems, tracker structures and foundations to ensure compliance with Australian Standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Structural design and analysis of utility-scale solar projects
- Validate upper structure and foundation designs
- Review tracker and mounting system designs
- Conduct wind load and structural assessments
- Ensure compliance with AS/NZS standards
- Provide technical support throughout design and construction phases
- Liaise with developers, EPC contractors and project stakeholders
About You
- Degree qualified Structural or Civil Engineer
- Experience in renewable energy, solar, transmission or heavy infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards and structural design principles
- Experienced as a Structural Engineer (specialised in AS/NZS validation for upper structure and foundations)
- Desirable experience in Upper structure assessment, Foundation verification, Pile design review etc
