Senior Mechanical Engineer – To $145K + bonus + profit share

They are trusted by blue-chip clients such as Mirvac and Lendlease to deliver landmark buildings across Sydney and are just as passionate about reducing carbon as they are about developing, promoting, and retaining their employees.

Due to growth, this specialist mechanical engineering and ESD consultancy is looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for their Sydney office, located in the CBD.

Working directly with (not just for) one of the Directors, you’ll be given the opportunity to lead high-spec commercial office projects, including new builds, fit-outs, and base builds.

You’ll benefit from being involved in the full project lifecycle, working as a trusted client advisor from the feasibility stage, design, equipment selection, and monitoring the MEP contractors onsite.

You’ll partner directly with major commercial real estate advisors and drive major decarbonisation projects across Sydney. This will include reducing the embodied carbon by promoting a more circular economy and driving best practice, Low Carbon Building Design.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Mechanical (HVAC / Building Services) Design Engineer
• Able to lead meetings and medium-sized projects with minimal supervision.
• Good awareness of Nabers, Greenstar, and Energy Modelling
