About This Role At I-MED we believe in working as a team and delivering high quality healthcare, to every patient, every time. Our clinics in Hobart are currently seeking an experienced Radiographer to join our team! As the area's main provider of radiology services, you will be exposed to a multitude of unique and interesting cases, in both a public hospital and busy outpatient clinic environment. Reporting to the Chief Radiographer, in this role you will be responsible for driving high quality and efficient imaging services across a range of modalities including General X-Ray, CT and theatre. This role is a Fixed-Term Full-Time Permanent position working Monday to Friday, 7.5-hour shifts between 7:30am – 8:00pm, with weekend and on call work as required. Key responsibilities:
- Managing patients and operating specialised medical imaging equipment such as General X-Ray, CT and Theatre II
- Consistently delivering high levels of patient care and service
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
- Promoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards

Key selection criteria:
- Ability to obtain and or have current relevant Radiography Radiation licence and professional registration
- Appropriate qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and corporate staff
- Previous experience in CT is an advantage, but training in CT will be offered to the right candidate
