About The Role As the Portfolio Reporting Lead within Portfolio Governance and Monitoring Services (PGMS), you will shape how TAFE NSW understands, communicates, and makes decisions about its diverse and complex $200 million plus project portfolio. This senior role combines strategic influence with hands-on delivery, turning complex data into clear and meaningful insights that inform executive decision-making and drive organisational maturity. You will deliver strategic, thematic and performance analysis across the portfolio, transforming data into insightful and coherent narratives that support evidence-based decisions and improve portfolio maturity. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will translate their needs into purposeful data and reporting solutions. Your ability to interpret context, connect information, and tell a clear story will be key to supporting effective governance and confident decision-making. With a pragmatic and forward-looking approach, you will strengthen capability and consistency across portfolio reporting, enhancing visibility of performance and value across the enterprise. About You You are an experienced portfolio reporting professional who can turn data into insight and insight into influence. Equally comfortable operating at both the strategic and operational levels, you shape executive understanding of performance trends while ensuring reporting remains accurate, consistent, and meaningful. With strong analytical capability, curiosity, and sound judgement, you take time to understand the intent behind stakeholder requests, and the underlying questions decision-makers are trying to answer. Your work is grounded in data integrity and elevated through the ability to connect information and communicate findings through clear, compelling narratives. As a trusted collaborator, you bring clarity to complex discussions and foster confidence in the data and the story it tells.
