Our client is a leading global financial services firm with a dynamic and highly respected leadership team. They are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the APAC Managing Director in a high-impact, fast-paced role. This is a true business partnership position, serving as a strategic conduit between the MD and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities, and enabling seamless collaboration across regions.
As the Senior EA, you will manage complex scheduling demands, coordinate global travel, handle confidential communications, and act as a trusted liaison across all levels of the business. You’ll bring structure to shifting priorities, streamline operations, and proactively solve problems to ensure the MD remains focused on strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively manage a demanding calendar across multiple time zones, ensuring priorities are aligned and deadlines are met.
- Coordinating point-to-point international and domestic travel, including detailed itineraries and multi-currency expense management.
- Manage multi-party internal and external meetings across time zones, ensuring seamless execution, including event logistics and business and social off-sites.
- Acting as a trusted liaison between senior stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Drafting and managing confidential correspondence, board materials, and presentations.
- Supporting special projects and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Skills & experience required:
- 10+ years’ experience in senior EA roles, including supporting C-suite or equivalent in global organisations; financial services experience advantageous.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to operate with discretion, agility, and sound judgment in high-pressure environments.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and relevant travel, expense, and CRM platforms (e.g. Concur, Salesforce).
- Strategic mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
