About The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy contact centre team, based on site in Laverton, VIC & Mitchell, ACT. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move into an office-based role while continuing to support essential services. As the first point of contact, you’ll play an important role in coordinating service requests and ensuring issues are actioned promptly and efficiently. Full training will be provided. Australian citizenship and AGSVA minimum government security clearance required.Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls through the contact centre
- Record and action service requests, ensuring they’re directed to the appropriate teams or contractors
- Follow established procedures to initiate and track service responses
- Assist with general administrative duties and data entry as required
Keen to get involved? You’ll just need some of the following:
- AGSVA government security clearance or higher (required)
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check
- Good communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Good computer literacy and high attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to new systems and processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Previous experience in a phone-based or fast-paced customer service environment is highly regarded
- Flexibility to work staggered 8-hour shifts between 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Willingness to work on-site full-time, as remote work is not available for this role
