Kitchen Kapers is a leading Hospitality & Kitchenware Distributor servicing restaurants, hotels, hospitals, caterers, and clubs throughout NSW for over 45 years. We are passionate about what we do and have cultivated a dedicated team, proud of our range and quality of products.

We are looking for a mature, reliable, and organised individual to join our team in a full-time, on-site Customer Service–Admin role. This position is well-suited to someone with strong administration experience and a background in hospitality, who enjoys a steady routine, supporting a small team, and working in a business where customer service truly matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing quotes and invoices
• Processing customer orders
• Handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism
• Assisting with database, website, and marketing file management
• Providing administrative support to the Managing Director and Sales Representatives

About You:

• Experienced in administration (hospitality or related industry experience highly regarded)
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Customer-focused with a calm, professional manner
• Proficient in using computers, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Physically fit and in good health – this is an active, on-your-feet role that requires mobility and energy throughout the day
• Organised, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks with ease
