Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Manager located in Werribee South, VIC. The Guest Service Manager will oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring outstanding customer service and seamless daily operations. Core responsibilities include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, leading a team to deliver exceptional experiences, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Collaborating with other departments to drive operational efficiency and guest satisfaction is integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service expertise with a proven ability to manage guest relations effectively
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to ensure efficient operations
  • Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry, with front-office experience being highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with reservation systems and hotel property management software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
  • Commitment to delivering excellence in guest experiences
