Lancemore Mansion Hotel is looking for friendly and well presented Team Member to join our Front Office Team. If you are an outgoing, customer-focused professional who thrives on delivering outstanding guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you! About The Role As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and hospitality
• Managing guest check ins and check outs efficiently
• Assisting guests with luggage upon arrival and departure
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Handling reservations, payments, and general front office administration

About You To excel in this role, you will be:

• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences A strong communicator with a warm, professional demeanor
• Well-presented and confident in a guest-facing role
• A team player who loves a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in front office administration, reservations, or cash handling (preferred but not essential)
• Tech-savvy with strong administrative skills
• Passionate in all areas of front office and provide highest level of customer service
