Vodafone Business Centre (VBC) Gold Coast is a trusted provider of personalized telecommunication solutions.

We offer one-on-one consultations, cost analysis, tailored business solutions, local support, delivery services, and personal account management.

We are looking for an exceptional BDM - Sales Professional to join our dynamic team and help us drive business growth. In 2025 we are more than doubling our mobile network coverage to support more clients with 4G/5G solutions. MOCN Network Sharing with Optus is approved and commences early 2025.

Your Role: Business Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site position based at Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast. As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and fostering relationships with business clients. You’ll identify new opportunities, build lasting client partnerships, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.

You will have access to an exciting range of products, including mobile, data, NBN, Cloud PBX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve a minimum of 30+ new mobile CTNs per month.
  • Cross-sell a comprehensive suite of telecommunication products.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and acquire new business customers.
  • Manage lead generation inquiries effectively.
  • Adhere to VBC's proven sales processes, procedures, and core values.

  • Proven Sales and Business Development Skills: A track record of delivering results.
  • Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to build trust and close deals effectively.
  • Customer-First Mindset: Prioritize client needs and satisfaction.
  • Team Player with Self-Driven Initiative: Collaborate with the team while independently driving results.
  • Industry Experience: Telecommunications experience preferred but not essential.
