About the Role

As our Community Experience Coordinator, your mission is to build meaningful relationships and deliver world-class service across all touchpoints. Whether it’s live chat, a social DM, or helping someone find the perfect rub — your job is to make every interaction count and contribute to the heart of our community. You’ll also support key marketing operations by helping coordinate and send email campaigns, as well as contributing to our content calendar.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Building genuine, meaningful connections across phone, email, live chat, and social media (FB, IG, Tik Tok etc).
  • Helping customers choose the right product, solve problems, and feel supported — every step of the way
  • Delivering post-purchase care, including handling returns, order updates, address issues, and general enquiries
  • Meeting and aiming to exceed CX KPIs
  • Engaging with our community on social media
  • Coordinating and scheduling email marketing campaigns (EDMs) using tools like Klaviyo
  • Assist the Creative team in filming & editing social media content 
  • Working with the marketing and design teams to plan and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives, seasonal campaigns, and industry trends
  • Being the voice of our customers — sharing insights, trends, and feedback internally to help shape future decisions
  • Showing up every day ready to go above and beyond, create moments of delight, and think unreasonably big
