We’re on the lookout for a Packaging Operator with Manufacturing or FMCG experience to join our Geelong brewery. If you thrive on pace, love a well-run line, and get satisfaction from doing things right, every time, this one’s for you. This Is a Permanent Full-time Opportunity, Based On-site In Geelong, VIC. You’ll Work 4 x 10-hour Shifts Per Week On a Rotating Schedule
- Week 1: Monday–Thursday | 6:00am–4:00pm
- Week 2: Monday–Thursday | 4:00pm–2:00am
What You’ll Be Doing As a Packaging Operator, you’ll be a key player on our packaging lines, helping deliver great beer to our drinkers while driving safety, quality, and performance on shift. You’ll
- Operate and support high-speed FMCG packaging lines
- Deliver against the production plan with a sharp focus on quality and efficiency
- Identify issues, support troubleshooting, and keep the line running strong
- Contribute to continuous improvement, problem-solving, and better ways of working
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your crew to win together on shift
- Championing safety and safe work practices across the brewery
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage, or a similar production environment
- A team-first mindset with a hands-on, get-it-done attitude
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, operational setting
- Strong learning agility and appetite to build technical capability
- Pride in your work, attention to detail, and respect for process and standards
