Most Australians want to be healthier - but health advice today is generic, overwhelming, and doesn’t account for individuality. Government guidelines don’t support personalisation. Most wellbeing apps target athletes, not everyday people.
Lumi exists to change that.
We’re building a science backed preventative health platform designed for the 90% - simple, sustainable, personalised, and grounded in Minimum Effective Dose. No fads. No fluff. Just what actually works.
We are looking for a Marketing & Content Support Specialist for an initial 3 month contract (~$10K AUD). This role is perfect for someone early in their career, or a freelancer who wants to be part of something meaningful and have their work seen by thousands.
You’ll work directly with the founders, shaping a new category of wellbeing and helping us get Lumi to launch.

You’ll help bring this mission to life through content, design, storytelling, and brand execution across:
- Our early customer test group
- App content and education
- Thought leadership and brand building
- Sales materials and onboarding content
- Launch ready marketing assets
You’ll have the chance to leave a genuine mark on an early-stage product and contribute to assets that will shape our first customers and community.
What you'll be doing (scope of work)Video Editing (high priority)
- Exercise technique clips (for in-app use)
- Short-form Reels/TikToks for thought leadership
- Founder-led educational content
- Light motion/animated text + captions
Design Support
- Social media tiles (brand-aligned templates)
- Email banners and simple ads
- Pitch deck slides + PDF one-pagers
- Infographics and educational visuals (MED, movement patterns, health metrics, behaviour change)
Marketing Execution
- Turning long-form content into repurposed assets
- Light copywriting aligned to Lumi’s tone of voice
- Uploading/scheduling content
- Setting up Notion systems for content storage
- Organising Vimeo files and exercise libraries
- Helping prepare user onboarding, pilot materials, and feedback forms
Brand System Development
- Helping evolve Lumi’s visual identity
- Creating reusable templates (video, socials, docs)
- Ensuring consistency across all channels
Who you are
- Skilled video editor (CapCut, Adobe, DaVinci, or similar)
- Can design clean, modern assets (Canva or Figma)
- Attention to detail and can follow brand guidelines
- Creative and proactive with strong execution
- Comfortable working fast and independently
- Passionate about health, behaviour change, or wellbeing (bonus)
You don’t need to be an expert in everything — but you must be competent across video + design + content basics.
Contract Details
- ~$10,000 AUD over 3 months
- Flexible structure (hourly, fixed, or milestone-based)
- Fully remote
