The Master Scheduler plays a key role in the Digital Change and Transformation team, supporting large-scale initiatives under the Digital Reimagination Program (DRI).
Reporting to the PMO Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule across the DRI program and other strategic IT projects. You’ll work closely with project leads, the PMO, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment, visibility, and coordination of all project activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong scheduling expertise, experience in complex program environments, and a passion for structured project delivery.
Please not: this is a two year fixed-term roleWHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create and maintain a detailed master schedule using tools such as Microsoft Project aligned with the DRI Program and other ITS project plans.
- Define work breakdown structure (WBS), milestones, critical path, and task dependencies.
- Integrate individual schedules at stream, project, and program level into a single master view across the ITS portfolio
- Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, technical teams, internal teams, system integrators, third-party vendors and business leads to align timelines, deliverables and gather inputs and updates.
- Provide schedule forecasting, trend analysis, and "what-if" scenarios and timely updates to support decision-making.
- Track actual progress against the baseline schedule and identify slippages, bottlenecks, and risks in schedule performance.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in Master Scheduling for complex or digital transformation programs (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday), etc.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing integrated project schedules in large, multi-stream implementations.
- Proficiency in Project Scheduling Tools and Techniques such as critical path, float, earned value, and schedule performance metrics and knowledge of schedule analysis techniques.
- Strong understanding of Project and Program Management Frameworks and familiarity with project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile/Hybrid).
- Experience leading schedule reviews and presenting complex scheduling data in a clear, concise manner, and the ability to proactively identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
