Marketing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Leader to take full ownership of our Specialty brand portfolio. You will be responsible for shaping the future of our brands, from high-level strategy and financial management to flawless execution in the market.

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Drive Brand & Portfolio Strategy: Develop and execute a compelling brand vision and strategic marketing plan, using deep customer and market insights to secure a competitive advantage.
  • Own Commercial Performance: Take full ownership of the brand P&L. Drive top and bottom-line growth through meticulous financial planning, demand forecasting, and budget management.
  • Execute with Excellence: Direct the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (including digital), managing creative and media agencies to deliver impactful results.
  • Measure & Optimise for Success: Establish and rigorously track brand KPIs and sales targets, leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategy and ensure performance goals are met.
  • Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster powerful partnerships with Sales, Supply, Medical, and Regulatory teams, as well as regional counterparts and third-party manufacturers, to drive local success.
  • Lead & Develop Teams: Provide leadership in daily operations, support the training and onboarding of team members, and ensure all marketing activities adhere to compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strategic thinking skills and ability to convert analysis into insights, sustainable strategies and actionable plans to deliver short, medium and long-term goals.
  • A robust track record in marketing with minimum 4 years in brand and product management with Rx experience
  • Experience in developing and delivering a high performance brands and portfolios
  • In-depth understanding of HCP behaviours, attitudes and preferences within the specialty / hospital channel
  • An ability to combine strategic thinking with brand P&L management backed by a sharp commercial mindset.
  • Experience with omnichannel engagement models
  • Bachelor degree or higher of Marketing, Business or relevant degree
