Come on in and check them out!Job Description Job Description Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and motivating your team, ensuring they deliver professional, efficient and friendly service to our guests. You will be assisting the Food & Beverage operations team with the day-to-day operations in both the restaurant and banquets. Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervise Food and Beverage outlet operations during Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner meal periods;
• Create an energetic and engaging environment where team members and guests can connect over great Food & Beverage;
• The role may also involve working across banquet and conference operations as required.
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with analysing performance, rostering and budgeting;
• Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members.
• Australian working rights required (no sponsorship available).

Qualifications Passion for customer service;

• Supervisory experience in a similar role;
• Proven experience in leading and motivating a team;
• Strong interpersonal skills both with internal and external customers;
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure;
• Excellent time management and communication skills;
• Be available to work across a variety of shifts and
• Holds a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in VIC.
