Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Victoria Channel Manager based in Melbourne, VIC. The Victoria Channel Manager will manage and grow channel relationships, develop strategic sales initiatives, and support channel partners to drive revenue growth. The responsibilities include achieving sales targets, training and assisting dealers, identifying market opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves coordinating marketing activities, keeping track of competitor trends, and preparing regular sales reports to measure performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in channel management, partner development, or sales management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic sales initiatives
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and customer relationship management
  • Experience in the printing or manufacturing industry is advantageous
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Capability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and partners
  • A relevant degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience
