About You To be eligible for the position, you will need to have a completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, a current First Aid and CPR Certificate, a current Working with Children Check, and a Child Protection Certificate. The role requires full time availability. These qualifications and availability are essential to ensure a safe and supportive environment for children while meeting the requirements of the role. Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire children through play-based learning and engaging experiences.
  • Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.
  • Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
  • Document and celebrate children’s developmental milestones.
  • Lead the curriculum and ensure practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
