Learning Business Partner

We’re looking for a Learning Business Partner to support the MyState Group With the merger of MyState and Auswide Bank, we’ve grown into a dynamic group made up of four trusted brands, MyState Bank, Auswide Bank, SelfCo, and TPT Wealth. We’re building a business that’s fit for the future, and learning is central to that transformation. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Learning Business Partner to support the MyState Group. You’ll work closely with business leaders to identify learning and development needs, design and deliver blended learning solutions, and lead learning streams in integration and transformation projects. A Day in the Life You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver learning that’s practical, engaging, and aligned with strategic goals. You’ll facilitate workshops, manage LMS operations, and support frontline teams with training that builds confidence and capability. You’ll also play a key role in project delivery, leading learning components of integration initiatives and helping teams adapt to change. From technical training to organisational project learning development, you’ll help embed a culture of continuous learning across the organisation. This position is being advertised across Brisbane, Bundaberg and Hobart. What You’ll Bring You’re an experienced L&D professional with a strong background in blended learning design and facilitation. You’re confident working with stakeholders at all levels and know how to translate business needs into impactful learning experiences. You’ve worked with LMS platforms, delivered training in both virtual and in-person formats, and led learning streams in transformation projects. You bring energy, structure, and a learner-first mindset to everything you do. Cert IV in Training & Assessment or similar qualifications will be highly regarded. Why Join Us?
