Sales Manager

Open Pantry Co. is proud to be partnering with a leading national hospitality supplier, Reward Hospitality, to recruit their next Sales Manager in Adelaide.

This is a key leadership role for an individual who enjoys working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for leading a motivated branch team across sales, warehouse, and retail store functions (where applicable), while driving business growth and delivering excellent service to B2B customers in the hospitality and catering sector.

Your core responsibilities:

• Coach, lead and inspire the local sales team to exceed KPIs
• Be active in the field, developing new business and nurturing key accounts
• Oversee branch operations, including stock control, warehousing, and retail
• Ensure site safety, WHS compliance and high customer service standards
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and contribute to national goals

What we’re looking for:

• Proven leadership in sales or multi-functional branch operations
• Strong commercial acumen and a “lead by example” approach
• Confident communicator with a focus on customer relationships
• Hospitality or catering industry knowledge is a bonus
• Familiar with Microsoft Office; PRONTO/CRM experience is desirable
