- Assessment and diagnosis of communication disorders
- Functional communication assessments
- Speech, language and social communication interventions
- Assessment and management of swallowing difficulties (dysphagia)
- Design, trial and implementation of low and high-tech AAC devices
- Development, implementation and review of evidence-based therapy plans
- Parent, caregiver and stakeholder education
- Collaborative care planning with Allied Health professionals, educators and medical practitioners
- Community, clinic and school-based services
- Degree in Speech Pathology, or currently completing final-year studies
- SPA eligibility or Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Working With Children Check and National Police Check
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency

You'll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Dietitians, Podiatrists and Registered Nurses, with genuine room to learn from each other. New graduates get weekly mentoring and structured supervision; experienced clinicians get clear pathways into senior clinical, leadership and mentoring roles. Clinics are purpose-built, with sensory spaces, motor development areas and therapy gyms on site.
