This role is perfect for someone with solid hands-on bookkeeping or AP/AR experience who’s ready to step into projects. You’ll join our project accounting team and see how finance connects directly with contracts, reporting, and project delivery.What you’ll do:

• Check project setups to ensure invoicing requirements are captured from the start

• Monitor project financials to give Project Managers real-time visibility of project health

• Use tools like Business Central, Power BI and Excel to track and report

• Manage project invoicing in line with contract terms

• Support day-to-day AP/AR and data entry tasks

What you’ll bring:

• Certificate-level qualification in finance or solid hands-on bookkeeping-related experience

• A background in bookkeeping, accounts payable or receivable — ideally in a fast-paced environment such as real estate, construction or similar

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Solid Excel skills and an interest in learning ERP systems (e.g. Business Central)
