Full-Time Receptionist – Prestige Jayco Geelong
Location: Newcomb, VIC
Are you a friendly, professional, and highly organised individual with a passion for customer service? Prestige Jayco, a market leader in caravans and motorhomes, is seeking a full-time (Monday to Friday) Sales Receptionist to join our team in Newcomb.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be the first point of contact for our valued customers and play an important role supporting our sales team.
About the Role
As the Sales Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of Prestige Jayco – greeting customers, handling incoming calls, and providing a wide range of administrative support to the sales team. Your role is key to ensuring our customers have a seamless and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting customers, visitors and staff in a professional manner
Managing phone enquiries and transferring calls
Cash handling and daily banking
Preparing VicRoads registrations, transfers, and compliance documentation
Processing and recording PPSR checks and registration plates
Preparing customer sales folders and courtesy handover calls
Ordering and managing office supplies and petty cash
Ensuring reception and customer areas are well presented at all times
Assisting the Sales Manager with administrative projects as required
About You
We’re looking for someone who is approachable, professional, and thrives in a busy environment.
You will bring:
Minimum 5 years’ administration/reception experience (high-volume retail experience desirable)
Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the team
