Are you ambitious, motivated and eager to grow into a rewarding career in real estate? We're part of Australasia's largest Real Estate brand, and we're looking for a driven Sales Associate to join our tight-knit team.
You'll be working alongside:
- Daniel (Director & Lead Sales Agent)
- Brandon (Sales Agent)
- Holli (Team Manager)
- Kellie (Head of Property Management)

About the Role:
As a Sales Associate within our team, you'll support and contribute to all facets of the sales unit which includes:
- Generating appraisal and listing opportunities through proactive prospecting
- Building rapport and trust with prospective purchasers
- Conducting and assisting with open homes (both mid week and Saturday's), private buyer appointments, building inspections and valuation appointments
- Follow-up with leads and manage ongoing client communication
- Open inspection call backs to identify prospective buyer and seller opportunities
- Proactive letterbox dropping and door knocking
What you need to be considered for this role:
- Real Estate Sales Representative's license
- Certificate IV in Property Services (completed)
- Current driver’s license
- Your own reliable car
More about you:
- Previous experience in a comparable role is an advantage, but not essential
- Driven to pick up the phone and have conversations
- Highly punctual and proactive
- Previous experience with professional technology/systems
- Exceptional customer service experience
- The ability to work outside of business hours as required
- High attention to detail
- Competent in clear and concise communication on the phone and by email
- Be hungry, motivated and willing to learn from a top-performing office and team
- Enthusiastic team player, willing to work in a progressive sales team
- Great energy and a “nothing is too hard” attitude
- Desire to learn, but be patient with the process to create a long-term career
