Senior Site Manager

Site Manager | $40M Integrated Healthcare & Commercial Project | Central Coast

An established developer-builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a $40M integrated healthcare and commercial development on the Central Coast.

Currently in the structural phase, this is an opportunity to join a well-supported project team and play a key role in delivering a technically challenging, multi-storey concrete development.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day site operations, driving programme, quality and safety while leading subcontractors through the structural, façade and warm-shell delivery phases.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading site operations and subcontractor management.
• Driving the construction programme and maintaining short-term planning.
• Coordinating structure, façade and services activities.
• Maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.
• Working closely with the Project Manager and Project Director to achieve programme milestones.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering multi-storey concrete structures.
• Strong background across commercial, residential, education, healthcare or mixed-use developments.
• Excellent programme planning and subcontractor management skills.
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to drive outcomes on site.
• A strong focus on quality, safety and project delivery.
