The Opportunity

A leading South Australian builder with a reputation for excellence in project delivery and stakeholder engagement is seeking a self-motivated Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead $20M+ commercial and mixed-use developments while positioning yourself for Senior Project Management responsibilities. You’ll work closely with the two directors of the business, gaining direct exposure to strategic decision-making, influencing project outcomes, and taking a real leadership role in both project delivery and team mentorship.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex, high-profile projects from inception to completion. You will manage all aspects of project delivery, including budgets, schedules, quality, and risk, while ensuring that client expectations are exceeded. You will also mentor and develop teams**,** providing guidance, training, and support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with 7+ years’ experience managing commercial construction projects valued over $20M, with a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects and leading high-performing teams. You are someone who thrives on complex projects, communicates clearly with clients and stakeholders, and takes ownership of outcomes. Ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to step into a Senior Project Manager role, you will bring both technical expertise and leadership capability to this position.
