The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Technology & Project Services Team in Brisbane.
Over the past three years, we’ve built a strong contracting business across Queensland Government, Government Owned Corporations and Higher Education, with established client relationships, an active contractor base and consistent job flow. The foundations are there. Now we’re looking for someone who wants to help shape what comes next.
This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join an established business while having the autonomy to take ownership of a portfolio, grow an existing market or build a new specialisation aligned to their experience and networks. We are interested in finding a capable, commercially minded recruiter who can identify opportunity, build trusted relationships and grow a successful market.
What's in it for you?
- An established platform to build from, with existing client relationships
- 30+ years of collective recruitment experience within the team to support your success
- Autonomy to shape and grow your market around your strengths and networks
- Consistent job flow across established and growing areas
- A ramp-up commission structure with no threshold for an initial period
- A collaborative and supportive team that genuinely shares knowledge and opportunities
- The opportunity to expand into new clients and markets, not just work within an existing portfolio
- A high-performance environment where experienced recruiters are trusted to own their desk
- The opportunity to have a genuine voice in the future growth and direction of the division
Who we'd love to meet
You’re likely already operating at Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant or similar level and have a track record of managing and growing a successful recruitment desk.
You’ll be someone who is commercially minded, relationship-driven and comfortable taking ownership of your market, while still wanting to be part of a collaborative team and have some fun.
Most importantly, we want someone who is passionate about what they do, sees opportunity and thinks: “I know what I could build here.”
You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be joining an experienced team with established relationships, strong market knowledge, consistent opportunities and plenty of support, while still having the autonomy to make the desk your own.
