Do you have what it takes to become a Client Payments and Reconciliation Coordinator?

 

We're looking for 6-month Max Term Contract a detail-oriented Reconciliations Coordinator to join our Client Finance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring payments are processed accurately, accounts are reconciled on time, and any discrepancies are investigated and resolved efficiently.

What you'll be doing:

  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly account reconciliations
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies and outstanding items
  • Process payment transactions, including EFT and BPAY payment files
  • Generate and distribute client and vendor reports
  • Respond to payment and reconciliation enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain strong compliance and accuracy across all financial processes
  • Work collaboratively with teams across the business to deliver positive client outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies

The role is responsible for executing client reconciliation and payment functions while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery.

 

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a reconciliations, finance operations, accounts administration or similar role
  • Experience managing high-volume transactions and account reconciliations
  • Confidence working with financial systems and large datasets
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset
