This is an onsite position based in Kensington, South Australia.

The Role
**
As a Client Service Professional, you will be the key point of contact for our clients and a critical support to our broker team. You will be involved across the entire loan lifecycle, from submission to settlement and beyond, ensuring clients feel supported and files move efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include
**
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients via phone and in person
- Managing reception and front of office operations
- Supporting client meetings and attending loan document sign ups
- Managing office resources and day to day administration
- Processing loan applications from submission through to settlement and post settlement follow up
- Liaising with lenders and BDMs to progress applications and resolve issues
- Preparing and managing client documentation, including: First Home Owner Grant forms,
Home Guarantee Scheme forms, Discharge authorities and related paperwork
- Providing direct administrative and operational support to our broker team

What We’re Looking For
**
- Is genuinely strong on the phone
- Is composed and polished in person
- Understands how to manage expectations without overpromising
- Takes ownership instead of deferring upward
- Cares about presentation, detail, and follow-through
Experience in mortgage broking or banking is valuable. Experience in high-end hospitality, private client services, or premium real estate environments is equally relevant.
We are looking for someone who understands that service is proactive, not reactive.
