Commercial Relocation Team Leader

Commercial Relocation and FFE Team Leader Position available.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate and oversee projects relating to commercial relocations and aspects of FF&E of various building components and systems

· Ensure all practices adhere to project specifications, building codes, and safety standards

· Manage and supervise a team of trades and technicians, providing guidance and support

· Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery

· Identify and resolve any relocation issues in a timely and efficient manner

· Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the process

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of installation processes and procedures

Qualifications/Experience

· Proven experience as a supervisor, or has been in a similar leadership role within the building trades industry

· Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building systems, materials, and installation processes

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and guidelines

· Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met
