About The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator based out of Cremorne, Victoria for a full-time permanent position. Reporting to the National Project Manager, the primary purpose of the Senior Project Coordinator will be to assist in the delivery of all services and tasks within established budget, KPI targets and plans. The Senior Project Coordinator Will Also Be Responsible For
- Administration tasks relating to project deliverables for critical infrastructure projects
- Manage a small team to assist in the deliverables of the project.
- Assisting in providing successful outcomes for projects in relation time, cost, quality and WHSE.
- Undertaking continuous training to become a future Ventia Project Manager
- Monitoring, Updating project progress and reporting
- Attending weekly works in progress meetings
- Ensuring compliance with project management standards, policies and procedures
- Collaborating with internal and external resources
- Communicating with team members and management to ensure project deadlines are met
- Project locations range from metro Melbourne to regional Victoria and at times on a national level.
About You You will have experience as a Senior Project Coordinator, ideally in Telco / Electrical construction, or Renewable energy industry accompanied with:
- Ability to plan, execute and monitor the progress and performance of a project
- The ability to interact with clients or beneficiaries of the project
- Ability to express yourself clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to different audiences and in different situations
- Ability to manage your time, tasks, resources and information efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams applications
- A current driver’s licence
