We're exclusively partnering with a well known builder and developer who has played a key role in shaping the Gold Coast skyline.

With a strong reputation for delivering quality multi-residential projects, they are now preparing to break ground on a new development in the northern Gold Coast and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the build.

This is a permanent opportunity with a business that has a solid pipeline of future work, offering long-term stability and career growth.

The Role

You will take full ownership of a $40M+ masterplan project comprising 30+ apartments and several townhouses, overseeing delivery from early works through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all on-site operations from groundworks through to handover
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Driving programme, quality, and safety outcomes
• Working closely with the Project Manager and commercial team
• Ensuring compliance with all site and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining strong stakeholder and subcontractor relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on multi-residential projects
• Ideally 10+ years' experience across the construction industry
• Strong track record delivering projects from ground up
• Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, safety, and QA
• Relevant construction qualifications and tickets
