Freight Solutions Officer

We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Freight Solutions Officer to join our Freight Investigations Team at our Hobart Depot. This is a fixed term, full-time role with stable hours, ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on warehouse work and office-based problem solving. • Respond to customer queries and handle escalations with professionalism
• Investigate freight issues on the floor and within the depot
• Conduct inspections and repack freight to meet customer needs
• Manage admin related to damaged, repacked, and unidentified freight
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams
• Deliver real-time solutions and contribute to continuous improvement
• Office administration
