Classification: ANU Officer 6/7 (Administration)
Salary Package: $100,847 - $116,083 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full-Time, Fixed Term, up to 12 months
- Work with significant museum, archive and research collections while improving access to collections data across the University.
- Lead system administration, user support, training, data migration and continuous improvement for EMu and IMu collections management platforms.
The CMS (Collections Management System) Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance and support of ANU's collection management systems, including EMu and IMu. Working within ANU Collections, the role supports the integrity, accessibility and effective use of collections data across the University's museums and collections.
Reporting to the Senior Collections Advisor, the position provides system administration, user support, training and data management services, while contributing to system improvements, integrations and data governance initiatives. The role works closely with collection staff, IT Services and external vendors to support the implementation and ongoing development of a University-wide Collections Management System that aligns with institutional and sector best practice.
