We are seeking a skilled freelance drafter to assist with preparing planning drawings for a range of development projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of planning regulations, building codes, and compliance standards
• Strong attention to detail with excellent technical drawing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Tertiary qualifications in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in residential or commercial planning projects is a plus
• AutoCAD or Sketchup
