About This Opportunity

Play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of medical professionals! As part of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) Program, you will join a collaborative and purpose-driven team that supports the delivery of high-quality clinical education across all years of the program.

  • Collaborating with academic, clinical and professional teams to facilitate placements, research opportunities and operational support that contribute to an outstanding educational experience.

About You

You are a highly organised and service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. With a passion for education and exceptional stakeholder service, you bring strong administrative expertise, initiative and a collaborative approach. You enjoy building positive relationships and delivering seamless support that helps students, clinicians and educators succeed.

You Will Also Have

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, clinicians, academics and professional staff.
  • Proven ability to interpret, apply and work within established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple activities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Sound problem-solving skills, initiative and judgement, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing effective solutions.
