Email & CRM Marketing Lead | Hybrid, Sydney or UK

We’re partnering with a high-growth eCommerce brand looking for a CRM and Email Marketing expert to take full ownership of a critical revenue-driving channel.

If you live and breathe segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and conversion—this role is for you. You won’t just be sending emails; you’ll be working a performance engine that drives $40M+ in annual revenue across email and SMS.

This is a high-impact role with real ownership, autonomy, and the chance to move the needle daily.

What You’ll Lead

  • Revenue Ownership: Own and scale the email & SMS channel as a key business unit.
  • Lifecycle Automation: Optimise flows, journeys, and triggered campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Creative Testing: Lead testing of messaging and creative to increase engagement and conversion.
  • High-Velocity A/B Testing: Run ongoing experiments across subject lines, copy, timing, and sequences.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on revenue per user, flow performance, and list growth by market.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design and content teams to build high-performing campaigns.

What You’ve Done

  • 5+ years owning and scaling CRM/email/SMS for high-growth eCommerce or DTC brands.
  • Managed workflows of 60-80 million emails per year.
  • Thrived in fast-paced, performance-focused environments.
  • Delivered measurable results through automation, segmentation, and data-led decision making.
